1. Endotherms need to consume food to produce body heat.
2. Down feathers provide insulation. Contour feathers protect the body.
3. feathers; fused and hollow bones, air sacs, crop and gizzard, keen sight and hearing
4. Both birds and reptiles lay eggs with shells. Bird eggs have hard shells while the shells of reptiles´ eggs are flexible. Most reptiles do not incubate their eggs.
5. Flight requires a great deal of energy. If food was plentiful and there was little threat of predation, the birds may no need to fly.

Thanks for the video, now I know that all the birds share 6 characteristics: all are endothermics(that means that its temperatue doesn´t changes,it is always warm), all are vertebrates, all have a 4 chamber heart, all have feathers, all lay eggs, and all have scales on feet and legs.

I know that they are two types of feathers, the down and the contour fethears, each one has a characteristic, the down feathers keep the bird warm and the contour gives shape to the birds body.

Miss wth th video I learn more things about the bired like another bird that don´t fly, that was the Emus and also the biggest and the sallest one of all that are the Ostrich: the biggest one and the Hummingbird: the smallest one. Also I learn how are their wings to make them fly.
